Job summary

Techoy Construction Company Limited, based in Hong Kong, seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee administration of main contracts and subcontracts on major civil projects, including government and public-institution works.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of relevant experience, ERP implementation know-how, and a proven track record in large-scale civil works. Immediate availability is an advantage for a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in sizable civil engineering projects.
• Experience with government projects / public institutions.
• Proven ability to manage main contracts and subcontracts.
• ERP implementation experience preferred.
