Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to handle tendering and operation, spanning pre-contract to post-contract works with a strong focus on cost control and payments. You will evaluate payments, monitor project costs, assess completed works, prepare and negotiate final accounts, and participate in site visits and tender briefings.

With progression potential to Quantity Surveyor for more experienced candidates, this role offers exposure to both

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Quantity Surveying in commercial or residential projects.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.

Responsabilités

• Handle all QS works major in tendering and operation, pre-contract to post-contract works
• Evaluating constructor payments, monitoring project costs, assessing completed works, preparing and negotiating final accounts
• Cost analysis and budgeting, material taking off and pricing
• EOT applications, interim payments, variations, and final accounts
• Attend site visits / tender briefing
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
