• Prepare payment application, valuation of variation, estimation
• Evaluate subcontractors variation works and payment
• Monitor the progress of related programmes
• Negotiate with client / subcontractors for final account settlement

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• 5-8 years practical tender process experience/contracts administration in Government Projects or Public Institutions;
• Proactive, self-initiated, independent, detail-minded and a team player with positive working attitude
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
