Job summary

CR Construction Company Limited is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor for Hong Kong operations. The role focuses on tendering, cost monitoring, final accounts, EOT applications and contract administration.

Diploma or above in QS, Building or Construction Management is required, with at least 3 years of experience; more experience will be considered for senior roles. Site visits and tender briefings are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years or solid experience in Quantity Surveyor in commercial, residential.
• Experience in EOT applications, interim payments, variations and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle all QS works major in tendering and operation, pre-contract to post-contract works.
• Evaluating constructor payments, monitoring project costs, assessing completed works, preparing and negotiating final accounts.
• Cost analysis and budgeting, material taking off and pricing.
• Attend site visits / tender briefing.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
