St. James’ Settlement is seeking a project manager to plan, implement and coordinate services in Hong Kong Island and Sham Shui Po districts.
The role involves recruitment, screening, intervention and follow-up, plus health education activities and digital engagement. Ideal candidates will have a recognised bachelor’s degree in related fields, 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare or community settings, and strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record in
Recognised bachelor's degree or above in Social Work, Health, Education or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, elderly services, primary healthcare or community-based programmes
Experience in managing externally funded projects, including planning, budgeting and reporting
Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills
Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals, NGOs and academic institutions preferred
Job Duties:
Plan, implement and coordinate project activities and service delivery
Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, intervention and follow-up arrangements
Assist in delivering health education programmes and group activities
Support operation of hearing device trial programmes and digital engagement activities
Liaise with community partners, healthcare providers and collaborating organisations
Handle project administration, procurement, documentation, monitoring and reporting.

"Founded by the Rt. Rev. Bishop R.O. Hall of the Anglican Church in 1949, St. James’ Settlement began as a club for boys and girls in a temple in Stone Nullah Lane, Wanchai. It was then developed into a six-storey building on Kennedy Road in 1963 to provide diversified services, including children and youth services, elderly services and rehabilitation services. In 1987, the headquarters was opened in Stone Nullah Lane so that the scope of services could be further extended.
