St. James’ Settlement is seeking a diligent associate degree or diploma holder to support recruitment and case matching for Older-Adults across multiple districts in Hong Kong. The role requires clerical experience, bilingual English and Chinese, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting.
The successful candidate will maintain accurate service records, collect feedback and outcome data, and work proactively in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality social services.
Associate degree or Diploma holder in any discipline (QF level 4) OR HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 or above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent with 2 years of clerical experience
Good command in English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting
LCCI Elementary or above is preferred
A pleasant, proactive and mature character with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Work Location: Work across six districts including Eastern, Wan Chai, Central and Western, Sham Shui Po, Kwai Tsing & Tsuen Wan

It was then developed into a six-storey building on Kennedy Road in 1963 to provide diversified services, including children and youth services, elderly services and rehabilitation services. In 1987, the headquarters was opened in Stone Nullah Lane so that the scope of services could be further extended.
