St. James' Settlement in Wan Chai is seeking a degree-holding professional to oversee youth and elder center services and develop funding proposals. The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program quality in delivering community-based programmes.

Degree holder, with HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 / above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent
At least 2 years relevant working experience
Self-motivated, innovative, dynamic, presentable, good in people management and leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills with teammates, users and stakeholders
Experience in experiential learning programmes and/or financial education services will be an advantage

Responsible for young old center and service management, writing funding proposal
Formulate, implement & evaluate groups and programmes to young old

It was then developed into a six-storey building on Kennedy Road in 1963 to provide diversified services, including children and youth services, elderly services and rehabilitation services. In 1987, the headquarters was opened in Stone Nullah Lane so that the scope of services could be further extended.
