Job summary

St. James’ Settlement is seeking a project manager to plan, implement and coordinate services in Hong Kong Island and Sham Shui Po districts.

The role involves recruitment, screening, intervention and follow-up, plus health education activities and digital engagement. Ideal candidates will have a recognised bachelor’s degree in related fields, 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare or community settings, and strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record in

Qualifications

• Recognised bachelor’s degree or above in Social Work, Health, Education or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in healthcare or community programmes.
• Experience managing externally funded projects, including planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals, NGOs and academic institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and coordinate project activities and service delivery.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, intervention and follow-up arrangements.
• Assist in delivering health education programmes and group activities.
• Support operation of hearing device trial programmes and digital engagement activities.
• Liaise with community partners, healthcare providers and collaborating organisations.
• Handle project administration, procurement, documentation, monitoring and reporting.
