Job summary

Wing Shing Engineering (HK) Company Limited is seeking a Project Manager specializing in fitting out tendering to lead fast-track commercial projects. You will quote tenders, oversee site progress, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants while ensuring quality, cost control and contractual compliance.

The role requires strong team collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' tendering experience in commercial fit out & A&A works.

Responsibilities

• Quote tenders for commercial fit out projects within short timeframes.
• Monitor, control and supervise site progress, activities, finance, cost control, quality and contract matters.
• Attend regular meetings and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, tender documents, site records and filing.
• Familiarity with final account settlements and variation orders (VO) is preferred.

Project Manager (Specialize in Fitting Out Tendering)

To quote tenders for commercial fit out projects in the short time period.

To monitor, control and supervise overall site progress, site activities, financial, cost control, quality control, contractual and technical matters for current projects

Attend regular meetings and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants

Manage project documentation, progress reports, tender documents, site record and filing

Preferably familiar with fit out final account and VO settlement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' TENDERING in COMMERCIAL FIT OUT & A&A work's experiences
• Certificate in Building Studies or relevant disciplines
• Proficiently in CAD & MS Projects
• Retail & banking project experience is preferred
• Proficiently in both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferred
• Be strong team player and independent, proactive, high responsibility and detail mind
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
