Job summary

Axis Design International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee fit-out projects for offices, retail and residential spaces.

The role demands 2+ years of relevant experience, a diploma/degree in interior design or building studies, and strong on-site problem-solving, planning, and communication skills. Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office is required; fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in interior design or building studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in fit-out project management of offices, retail or residential.
• Strong planning and organization skills; ability to supervise on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with clients, designers and subcontractors.
• Perform site measuring and prepare working schedules and job reports.
• Attend regular site meetings and coordinate site activities with various parties.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work quality and standards.

Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor

Diploma / Degree holder in interior design / building studies or equivalent;

At least 2 years’ relevant experience in fit-out project management of offices, retails or residential;

Have good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out;

Have ability to understand construction drawing;

Self-motivated, independent, responsible and can work under pressure;

Strong planning and organization skill;

Enable to solve on-site problems with strategy;

Good communication and site management skills;

Good PC knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD;

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

Immediate available is preferred;

Responsibilities
