Job summary

Sanbase Interior Contracting Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor / Site Assistant (Fitting Out) to coordinate on-site activities for luxury interior projects in Hong Kong. You will support the Site/Project Manager, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery of materials and safety compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, 2+ years site experience, and strong English/Cantonese/Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate holder in Building Services / Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant site experience as supporting staff.
• Holder of a valid Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
• Adaptable, capable of working independently and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Familiar with reading technical drawings and using computer software (e.g. MS Office, AutoCAD etc.).
• Passionate about high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Sunday or Public Holiday shift may be required based on project needs (with compensatory leave).

The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing on-site coordination and support for high-end interior fitting-out projects. The role involves monitoring workmanship and materials deliveries, coordinating closely with the Project Manager or Site Manager, and maintaining accurate site documentation.

Based at the site office, provide daily administrative and project coordination support to the Site Manager / Project Manager

Coordinate on-site materials with the subcontractors / suppliers

Handle site documents and reports

Control site safety and the use of project site resources

Carry out other project-related duties assigned by the Site Manager / Project Manager

Requirements:
