Job summary

Artwright Engineering and Construction Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead fitting-out projects, supervise the project team, and ensure performance aligns with contract requirements. The role requires hands-on site leadership and strong liaison with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes.

Candidates should have 4+ years of relevant experience, be immediately available preferred, and possess strong English and Chinese communication

Qualifications

• Certificate holder or above in Construction/Engineering.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
• At least 4 years relevant working experience; fitting out experience is a bonus.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin).

Immediately available is highly preferred

At least 4 years relevant working experience, with hands-on experience in fitting out works will be an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager

Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office, with knowledge in AutoCAD will be an advantage

Strong project management and presentation skills

Good liaison skills with various parties

A strong team player with a passion for excellence and quality, pro-active, self-motivated, well-organised and able to work under pressure

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
