Job summary

Sanbase Interior Contracting Limited, a fully integrated corporate interior fit-out company specializing in fitting-out works for luxury corporate premises in Hong Kong, invites a site engineer to join its team. You will provide on-site engineering support, coordinate with subcontractors and prepare submissions.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering, at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 1 year’s working experience specializing in fitting-out and A&A projects.
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Liaison with subcontractor and site supervision to ensure all MEP works are compliant.
• Collaborate with the Senior Engineer to ensure progress control, safety and quality assurance.
• Provide on-site engineering support during construction phase, propose construction methods for various site activities.
• Prepare materials and drawing submission.
• Assist to prepare and coordinate of Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and Combined Builder’s Work Drawings (CBWD) to resolve spatial conflicts before installation.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
