Job summary

Axis Design International Limited in Kowloon Bay and Sheung Wan is seeking a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor with strong site leadership and coordination skills. You will oversee safety measurements, monitor progress, and ensure workmanship meets client standards on interior and cladding works.

The role requires 5 years experience, a Building Studies qualification, and ability to liaise with design teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in interior or external ceiling or cladding contracting.
• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent.
• At least 5years’ relevant working experience in contracting.

Responsibilities

• Control to conduct safety measurements on site.
• Report to management, monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to meet client standards.
• Liaise with internal project/design teams and external main contractors/consultants to facilitate site progress per schedule.
• Assist to conduct safety control and measurement on site.
• Handle site documents and maintain proper documentation, manage labour and subcontractors to meet time, cost and quality.

• Assist to conduct safety control, measurement on site
• Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site, management of labor and sub-contractor to meet the time, cost and quality requirement.

Requirements

• 5 yrs experience in interior or external ceiling or cladding work contracting
• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent
• At least 5years’ relevant working experience in contracting.
• Knowledge of site measurement, CAD & setting out processis preferred
• Good communication and site management skills
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Project Manager
