About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global systematic investment manager to source a high-caliber Project Manager to join their front-office technology delivery team.

In this role, you will work directly alongside quantitative portfolio managers, execution traders, and engineering teams to drive front-office technology initiatives, optimize trading infrastructure, and streamline platform delivery across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with front-office trading desks to gather business requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications, and manage product delivery.
• Drive technology implementation for systematic and electronic trading platforms, focusing on order management, market connectivity, and risk workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for quantitative portfolio management teams and new trading strategies (pod/multi-manager framework).
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders, internal development teams, and external vendor/exchange partners.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking for key front-office change initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Front-Office Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Project Manager embedded within Front Office Sales & Trading or Systematic Trading teams (buy-side / hedge fund experience strongly preferred).
• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial products (Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives, Futures, FX, or Fixed Income).
• OMS & Trading Systems: Strong functional knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS/EMS), FIX protocol, and front-office execution workflows (hands-on coding not required).
• PM / Pod Onboarding: Direct experience in portfolio manager onboarding, desk enablement, or systematic strategy setup is highly advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and senior executive communication skills.
