• Solid understanding of financial products and front-office workflows.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with front-office trading desks to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Drive technology implementation for trading platforms, focusing on order management and market connectivity.
• Oversee onboarding of portfolio management teams and new trading strategies.
• Bridge communication between business, development, and external partners.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking for front-office changes.
