Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead technology and business transformation initiatives in a dynamic financial markets environment.

You will drive end-to-end delivery across front, middle, and back office platforms, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement trading and risk-related systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a similar discipline.
• Roughly 5 years’ experience in project delivery, business analysis, or system implementation roles.
• Prior exposure to financial sector, consulting, internet technology, or fintech environments.
• Fluent English and Mandarin, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Prior involvement in PMO support, budgeting, governance, or administrative coordination is a plus.
• Comfortable working with Agile, Waterfall, or mixed delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end project coordination from initiation through planning, design, development, testing, and go-live
• Collaborating with business users to document requirements and functional specifications
• Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and system functionality
• Supporting data model and functional design for booking systems, data platforms, and related downstream applications
• Preparing project documentation such as business requirement documents, process flows, and status updates
• Tracking project progress, managing risks and issues, and providing regular reporting to stakeholders
• Contributing to project governance activities, including preparation of steering materials and management presentations

In this role, you will drive the delivery of system enhancements and new projects across front, middle, and back office platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of trading and risk-related systems (including FICC, equities derivatives, and institutional equity platforms).
