We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Site Agent to join our team at DJ Group Holdings (HK) Limited'. What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management

Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution

Identifying and addressing potential issues or challenges, and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track

Monitoring project progress and performance, and providing regular updates to the management team

Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Mentoring and leading a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

What we're looking for
