Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years project management experience within the construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to plan and execute.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in project management software and digital tools.
• Team-oriented with ability to lead diverse construction teams.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless communication.
• Identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitoring progress and providing regular updates to management.
