Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an On-site Minor Works Coordinator to support project delivery at client sites. You will coordinate daily activities, assist in defining scopes of work, and track schedules while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in construction/renovation projects, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.English fluency is essential;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting construction, renovation, or fit-out projects.
• Understand minor works processes: permits, contractor coordination, basic budget tracking and quality control.
• Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in English; Chinese and Mandarin are advantageous.

• Assist in preparing scopes of work, tracking schedules, managing punch lists, and documenting project progress
• Monitor compliance with local regulations, JLL safety standards, and the client's internal policies
• Maintain clear records of approval, inspections, warranties, and close-out documentation
• Act as an on-site point of contact to resolve issue quickly and keep projects on track
