Job summary

Shui On Building Contractors Limited is seeking a senior construction professional to plan, organize and control execution of multiple projects, ensuring they meet cost plans, schedules and quality standards.

The candidate should have a university degree in building construction and substantial project management experience, including exposure to HKHA projects, with proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification relevant to building construction preferably with appropriate professional qualifications.
• Significant project management experience and leadership qualities are required.
• Strong ability to identify and deal with problems effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control execution and monitor progress of construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within cost, and to quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and HKHA projects when applicable.

The Job:

The incumbent is responsible to plan, organize and control execution and monitor the progress of the construction project(s) in strict accordance with the approved cost plan and works programme; and to complete the project(s) as scheduled at the specified quality standards so as to achieve the Company's growth and profitability objectives and promote the company's reputation and image.

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent qualification relevant to building construction preferably with appropriate professional qualifications

At least 12 years site management experience in building construction, with a minimum 3 years’ project management experience and previous experience in HKHA project is a must

Sufficient experience across the broad spectrum of technology to appreciate the significance of the contributions of others and be able to identify and deal with problems effectively and efficiently

Well-developed powers of leadership and also be receptive to new ideas
