We are looking for a talent to:
- Responsible for advising, planning, coordinating and monitoring works for all projects including new development, renovation, and A&A projects from feasibility to completion;
- Lead space planning, design concept development, material selection and design coordination for interior and property development projects.
- Prepare, coordinate and review tender drawings, construction drawings, detailed drawings, specifications and related design documentation.
- Work closely with relevant departments to understand and align project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, engineering consultants, suppliers, fitting-out contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Review consultants’ and contractors’ drawings, submissions, samples and proposed materials to ensure alignment with approved design intent and project requirements.
- Arrange and participate in site measurements, site inspections and site meetings; monitor workmanship, design implementation, quality and progress.
- Identify design, coordination and delivery risks at an early stage and recommend practical solutions.
- Support project delivery in accordance with agreed quality standards, programme and, where applicable, budget requirements.
- Liaise with relevant E&M and facilities teams to support coordination between architectural, interior, building services and operational requirements.
- Maintain design and material references, and contribute to improved design standards, workflows and construction practices.
- Ensure end-user and business requirements are appropriately reflected in completed projects.
Basic requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Studies or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior design or design-led project delivery. Experience in property development is highly preferred
- Registered Architect or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
- Experience in new developments, renovation, A&A or commercial office projects.
- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong project coordination, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Able to manage competing priorities and maintain quality under demanding timelines.
- Experience with BIM, Revit, CAD or other relevant design and project systems will be an advantage
- Adoptive AI capability for design, documentation or project workflows
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
