Job summary

Hei Design Ltd in Causeway Bay is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead full project lifecycles for residential and commercial interiors. You will liaise with clients, designers, and builders to translate concepts into actionable plans and contracts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in interior design, construction, or related fields, strong cost control, and the ability to read drawings. Mandarin/English a plus; attractive benefits and a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years in project management within interior design, construction, or developer-related fields.
• Solid understanding of Design & Build workflows.
• Proficient in contract administration, cost control, and project reporting.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience in quotation analysis, project costing, or budget control.

Responsibilities

• Full Project Lifecycle Management from client consultation to project handover.
• Client Relationship Management as the primary point of contact for needs, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate and monitor progress; liaise with in-house designers and construction team to meet timelines; provide internal reports.
• Bridge communications between design, engineering, and sales departments.

What you'll be doing

Full Project Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the entire project journey, from initial client consultation and sales pitching to project handover.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact to understand client needs, present design/proposals, and secure contracts.

Project Coordination & Progress Monitoring: Oversee and track ongoing project progress. Liaise closely with in-house designers and the construction team to ensure timelines are met. Provide regular internal reports and updates for Sales to communicate with clients.

Internal Communication: Act as the bridge between design, engineering, and sales departments.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within interior design, construction, or developer-related fields

Solid understanding of Design & Build workflows

Proficient in contract administration, cost control and project reporting

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Experience in quotation analysis, project costing, or budget control

Excellent organizational and cross-departmental communication skills

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight schedules

Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

Background in property development, quantity surveying, or construction project management

Experience in Residential Projects

Experience working with fit-out, renovation, or large-scale interior projects

Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus
