JPC Texson Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Project Manager/Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of a luxury residential redevelopment, reporting to the Project Director and supervising one Project Coordinator.
You will oversee design through handover, liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities, ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes, and drive maintenance during the lifecycle.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-end residential redevelopment project—from design and tendering through construction, completion, and handover—ensuring on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Report to the Project Director
Supervise one Project Coordinator
Key role in managing all project stages for a luxury residential redevelopment
Manage all project stages: design, tendering, contract administration, construction, completion, handover, and defect rectification
Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Monitor project progress and performance; provide regular updates to the management team
Liaise with internal and external parties, including consultants, contractors, and government authorities
Review design presentations and detailed design drawings from consultants
Oversee property maintenance and renovation works during the project lifecycle
Recognized qualifications as a Member of HKIA or equivalent professional body
Minimum 10 years' solid experience in project management, preferably in high-end residential developments
Experience managing luxurious residential projects or working with a property developer is a strong advantage
In-depth knowledge of local regulations and procedures for building, planning, and land submissions
Strong leadership, team-playing, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
