We are a Hong Kong-listed property developer seeking for a motivated and talented individual to join our Company.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Group’s property development and enhancement projects from inception to completion stage
- Oversee master planning, design development, scheduling, budgeting, resources allocation as well as risk management
- Formulate detailed design including architectural, structures and E&M plans according to identified action plans and strategies for the specific function/ tasks
- Manage project performance and monitor project progress, quality and budgetary control
- Liaise and collaborate with government authorities; drive effective teamwork of consultants, contractors and internal departments to ensure the predetermined goals and targets are accomplished
- Manage defects rectifications and improvement works of completed projects
- Keep senior management up-to-date of project status, regulatory changes and other legislation matters
Your profile
- Bachelor Degree or above in architecture studies or related disciplines
- Member of HKIA and Registered Architect is a must, possession of AP qualification will be an advantage
- Minimum 20 years post qualification working experience in sizeable property developer
- Strong leadership with proven experience in handling medium to large scale residential / commercial projects in Hong Kong
- Well-organized with good communication skills, conscientious and able to suggest good initiatives and tackle incidental problems
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge in EXCEL, Photoshop, AutoCAD and other relevant applications
