Job summary

Leadingnation seeks an experienced Property & Design Manager to oversee flagship residential & landmark projects in Hong Kong. The role includes supervising surveyor firms, managing design & construction cycles, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure high-quality services for clients and occupants.

The ideal candidate has extensive architectural design or design management experience, BIM proficiency, and strong stakeholder communication skills to deliver agile, on-time rollouts

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant architectural design or design management experience.
• Minimum 5 years BIM modeling experience.
• Certificate or above in Architectural Studies/Building/Construction Engineering.
• Supervise construction sites as a TCP-T3 under Buildings Ordinance.
• End-to-End Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management.
• Bridge stakeholders and tech; drive integrations, AI, and fast resolution.
