Job summary

CITIC Telecom CPC in Hong Kong seeks a Project Manager to lead customer project implementations, develop schedules and resource estimates, and define milestones for timely delivery. You will provide visibility on progress, assess risks with corrective actions, and hand over services to operations at project closure.

Additionally, you will liaise with all stakeholders to execute projects efficiently, manage ad hoc assignments, and contribute to process improvements, leveraging IT/Telco experience

Qualifications

• 2–3 years IT/Telco project delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills mandatory.
• Strong written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer project implementations and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resource estimates, milestones.
• Provide customer visibility on project progress and risk.
• Coordinate service handover to operations at closure.
• Liaise with stakeholders to improve project processes and handle ad hoc projects.

The Challenge We Pose to You:

• Manage the implementation of customer projects in a timely manner.
• Develop and manage project schedule, estimate resources requirements, define deliverable & milestones of the project
• Provide visibility to the customer on the project’s progress.
• Estimate potential risk with corrective solutions to reduce its impact on project.
• Service handover to operation team during project closure.
• Liaise and collaborate with all stakeholders on project execution and process improvement
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

What You Bring to Us:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 2 to 3 years related working experience in IT / Telco industry
• Knowledge or experience of service implementation of MPLS IP-VPN service or other ICT solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory
• Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• With PMP or related professional certificate is preferred
