Job summary

A regional IT & Telecom provider is seeking a skilled project manager in Hong Kong, specializing in Transmission and Data projects. The role includes responsibilities in project management, network provisioning, and providing technical support. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in the IT&T industry and a degree in a relevant field. Knowledge of data communication and IP networks is advantageous, along with excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management from initial stage to delivery, specialized in Transmission and Data projects
• Liaise with customers and vendors to facilitate service provisioning and related support
• Manage resource planning, scheduling and cost control to ensure project completion of standard and within budget
• Provide pre-sales support to Sales Managers in particular CRM related activities
• Monitor the internal provisioning system and maintain effective knowledge sharing
• Organize project meeting and progress report to keep project stakeholders regularly updated

Responsibilities

• Responsible for network provisioning, development and planning
• Perform equipment installation, system configuration as well as joint test
• Provide technical operational support on either ONNET/ OFFNET circuits
• Support Pre-sales consultants for circuit solution requirements
• Coordinate and liaise with SI vendors
• Ensure the project undertaking is complied with the internal audit requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• Min 3 years of project experience in IT&T industry
