Job summary

A telecommunications company in Hong Kong is seeking a candidate for a role requiring project management and customer relationship skills. Responsibilities

• Service provisioning to our major customers
• Precisely manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time.
• Management & usage of internal VIP System
• Assist Account Manager to build up good customer relationship and obtain customer confidence in a long run.
• Assist Product Manager in order to source vendors & equipment globally
• Coordinate with Finance Dept. for credit control & billing issues

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management with minimum 3 year experience in IT & Telecom industry
• Sound knowledge in IPLC, IPVPN, IP related products and value added service
• Experience in project management will be preferable
• Excellent interpersonal & organization skills with strong knowledge in implementation
• Positive attitude, proactive, results-oriented with high integrity
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in English, Cantonese/Mandarin is a prerequisite for this role
