Job summary

Base Camp Digital in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives on a 8-month onsite contract. You will drive execution across cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.

The role requires 5-8 years of transformation delivery experience, fluent English, and strong governance and risk management capabilities within a Retail & Wealth Banking context.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience delivering large-scale transformation from consultancy services
• Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
• Solid understanding of governance and risk frameworks
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
