Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology project management or consulting delivery within professional services.
• Experience leading end-to-end cloud migrations, platform builds, or infrastructure modernisation across hyperscalers (AWS/Azure).
• Exposure to modern data platforms, analytics, or Generative AI integrations is advantageous.
• PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certifications preferred.
• Proficient with delivery/tracking tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, PSA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey execution of enterprise-scale digital modernisations and infrastructure transformations.
• Establish governance frameworks, milestone schedules, quality gates, and budget oversight.
• Maintain delivery artefacts: RAID, burn-down models, resource plans, steering reports.
• Manage multi-cloud rollouts across AWS and Azure.
• Collaborate with architects and AI/data engineers to remove blockers and trade-offs.
• Map dependencies across cloud, security, compliance, data pipelines, and GenAI initiatives.
• Serve as primary delivery focal point for senior stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, steering committees, and executive decision forums.
• Oversee engagement financials, SOWs, and delivery risk profiles.
• Capture post-implementation insights to enrich delivery playbooks.

As a Senior Delivery Project Manager, you will hold complete accountability for orchestrating complex, end-to-end technology consulting engagements, turning cutting-edge technical architectures into reality.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the turnkey execution of enterprise-scale digital modernisations, infrastructure transformations, and intelligent automation programmes.
• Establishing robust governance frameworks, milestone schedules, quality gates, and budget oversight in line with mature professional services methodologies.
• Maintaining delivery artefacts, including RAID registers, financial burn-down models, resource utilisation plans, and steering committee reports.
• Facilitating multi-cloud rollouts across hyperscalers (AWS, Azure) and major regional enterprise cloud platforms.
• Collaborating with enterprise architects and AI/data engineering practitioners to eliminate delivery blockers and resolve technical trade-offs.
• Mapping dependencies across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, data pipelines, and generative AI initiatives.
• Serving as the primary delivery focal point for senior enterprise client stakeholders, vendor networks, and internal consulting leadership.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies, steering committees, and executive decision forums with poise and strategic clarity.
• Managing engagement financials, commercial scope variations, statements of work (SOWs), and delivery risk profiles.
• Harvesting post-implementation insights to enrich internal delivery playbooks and standard operating procedures.

skills & experience required.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology project management or consulting delivery within professional services, leading complex IT initiatives for large corporate enterprises.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end cloud migrations, platform builds, or infrastructure modernisation across major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or regional enterprise clouds).
• Practical delivery exposure to modern data platforms, advanced analytics, or Generative AI integrations is highly advantageous.
• High fluency in industry-standard frameworks (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models); PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certifications are preferred.
• Hands‑on proficiency with delivery and tracking tools, including Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, or enterprise PSA platforms.
• Commercially astute with strong financial management capabilities, including margin control, vendor management, and statement of work (SOW) structuring.
• Excellent executive presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required to liaise effectively with regional and local Hong Kong enterprise stakeholders; Mandarin is a plus.
