Pat Davie Limited, a member of SOCAM Development Limited, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fitting-out and building renovation projects in Hong Kong. You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and profit targets.

The role requires a degree in Building or Construction, at least eight years of relevant experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building or Construction related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in the management of fitting-out and building projects.
• Experience in quantity surveying and contract administration will be an advantage.
• Good communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager

The Job:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing assigned projects for their successful completion in terms of time, quality, and profitability. He\/she must also explore business opportunities and secure new projects through tendering, marketing, and developing working relations with existing / potential customers.

Requirements:

Degree in Building or Construction related disciplines

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in the management of fitting-out and building projects

Experience in quantity surveying and contract administration will be an advantage

Good communication and exceptional interpersonal skills

Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
