Shanghai Foreign Service Group (Hong Kong) Company Limited seeks a seasoned Project Manager with extensive HK site experience to lead full‑cycle projects from planning to handover.

The role emphasizes cost control, safety, drawing coordination, and BIM application, with strong command of NEC/FIDIC contracts and local regulations. English fluency and Cantonese proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in civil/architectural/construction disciplines and related fields.
• 10+ years Hong Kong construction site full-cycle experience.
• 5-8 years as Project Manager with exposure to A&A and fit-out projects.
• Familiar with NEC, FIDIC, British-standard contracts, HK Buildings Ordinance and regulatory regimes.
• HKIE or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, proficient in Cantonese, conversational Mandarin.
• Skilled in CAD, MS Project and Excel for cost and progress reporting.

About you

College degree or above in Civil / Architectural / Construction / Quantity Surveying / M&E or related disciplines

10+ years Hong Kong construction site full-cycle experience

5-8 years as Project Manager with solid A&A & fit-out project exposure

Familiar with NEC, FIDIC, British-standard contracts, Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance and construction regulatory regimes

HKIE or equivalent qualifications is an advantage

Fluent in English, proficient in Cantonese, conversational Mandarin

Skilled in CAD, MS Project and Excel for cost & progress reporting
