Job summary

SA Project Limited is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead commercial interior fit-out projects in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track while ensuring quality, safety, and contractual compliance.

The role requires a degree in Building Studies or related fields and 5–10 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and communication skills plus proficiency in MS Office, MS Project

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Studies, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects in Hong Kong.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from commencement to handover.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Knowledge of LEED, ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 is an advantage.

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, solving challenges and delivering outstanding projects.

What You'll Do

Lead Projects: Manage commercial fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget and deadlines are met.

Drive Coordination: Work closely with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.

Solve Challenges: Proactively identify issues, make decisions and deliver practical solutions.

Ensure Compliance: Maintain high standards of quality, site safety, environmental compliance and contractual requirements.

Manage Resources: Oversee project schedules, manpower, materials and subcontractor performance.

Support Tendering: Collaborate with the Cost Manager on tender presentations, interviews and project planning.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Building Studies, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.

5–10 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects in Hong Kong.

Proven ability to manage projects independently, from commencement to handover.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Knowledge of LEED, ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 is an advantage.
