Job summary

Pacific Extend Limited 盛貿有限公司 is seeking a proactive professional to support project management tasks in Hong Kong. The role involves assisting the Project Manager with planning, coordination, and ongoing progress monitoring of assigned projects.

Fluency in English and Chinese is required. Applicants should have a Higher Diploma or above in construction-related disciplines and at least 4 years post-qualification experience in the local construction or maintenance sector.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in construction-related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in local construction or maintenance.
• Experience in quantity surveying is advantageous.
• Independent, self-motivated, well-organised and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Coordinator.

The Job:

The incumbent will assist the Project Manager with project planning, coordination, and progress monitoring of assigned projects.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma holder or above in construction-related disciplines

Minimum 4years’ post-qualification working experience in the local construction or maintenance industry

Experience in quantity surveying is an advantage

Independent, self-motivated, well-organised and able to work under pressure

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

GoodPC knowledge and proficient in MS Office applications & AutoCAD

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
