Job summary

Pat Davie Limited 德基設計工程有限公司 is seeking a Building Services Coordinator to oversee coordination and inspection of building services work performed by domestic and nominated subcontractors in Hong Kong.

Applicants should hold a Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience and strong English communication abilities. More experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Building Services Coordinator role.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Building Services Coordinator.

Requirements:
