• Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in local construction or maintenance industry
• Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge and proficient in MS Office applications & AutoCAD
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator - Building Services

Requirements:
