Job summary

Active Development Limited is seeking a candidate with a solid MSc background in Architecture, QS, EM, or Planning and proven property development experience in Hong Kong and China. The role requires coordinating with consultancy teams and relevant government authorities, and a strong, self-motivated sense of responsibility.

Fluent English and Mandarin communication is essential. The ideal candidate will have led mixed-use development initiatives from planning through to completion,

Qualifications

• MSc in Architecture/QS/EM/Planning or related discipline with solid working experience in property development projects.
• Experience managing mixed-use development projects from planning to completion in Hong Kong and China.
• Ability to liaise with consultancy teams and government authorities.
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
