Job summary

China Merchants Land Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead property development/renovation projects in Hong Kong. You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and government bodies from inception to completion, ensuring goals are met on time, within budget and to design intent.

The role requires a Building/Architectural degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong English and Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Building Structure/Architectural or equivalent.
• Corporate membership of HKIA/HKIE preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; strong understanding of all project phases.

Responsibilities

Job description

Ensure the property development/renovation project goals are accomplished within a destined timeframe, cost and design intent

Manage and coordinate with internal project team, consultants, contractors and government bodies on property development / renovation projects from inception to completion stages.

Keep abreast of changing property market including but not limited to technologies, local practices and regulations, etc

Requirements

Degree holderin Building Structure/Architectural or equivalent

Corporate membership of relevant professional institutions(e.g. HKIA, HKIE) is preferred.

Over 5 years relevantexperience; sound understanding of all project phases and possess excellent communication and liaison skills.

Be able to motivate and inspire the team, consultants and contractors involved in the projects

Highly motivated, independent working and capable of working under pressure

Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin
