Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale residential and mixed-use landmarks in Hong Kong. You will oversee master planning, feasibility, design development through construction and handover, ensuring top architectural quality, cost control and schedule adherence.
You will coordinate a diverse team of international and local consultants and contractors, drive regulatory submissions, conduct site inspections, and support bidding or new acquisitions as directed.
Lead and manage new, large-scale residential and mixed-use landmark developments from initial master planning, feasibility study, design development through to construction and successful handover
Overlook the full project lifecycle, ensuring the highest standards of architectural design, construction quality, cost control, and strict adherence to project milestones
Manage and coordinate a comprehensive team of international and local consultants, architects, interior designers, landscape specialists, and main contractors
Drive the statutory submission processes, ensuring full compliance with local building regulations, town planning requirements, and environmental standards
Conduct regular site inspections and lead progress meetings to proactively resolve complex technical hitches and design interface issues
Collaborate closely with the procurement and quantity surveying teams to manage tender processes, contract documentation, and variations
Handle ad hoc assignments and provide technical support for land bidding or new project acquisition strategies as instructed by the management
Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Project Management, or relevant disciplines
MBA holder is highly preferred
Minimum 10 years of solid project management experience with a reputable property developer, specializing in managing prestigious, large-scale new build / greenfield residential developments
Prior project experience in luxury resort, villa-type hotels, or low-density premium residential developments is a highly distinct advantage
Professional qualification such as HKIA, MHKIE, MRICS, or equivalent is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance, statutory submission procedures, and latest sustainable building practices
Visionary leadership, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills
Well-organized and able to prioritize multi-tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment
