Job summary

PCCW Services Limited seeks a Senior / Project Manager / Project Management Officer to establish and embed delivery plans across workstreams within the eMPF Platform programme. You will manage plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets while coordinating tech, operations and vendor partners, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and driving delivery through the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience in project management: senior 8+ yrs / manager 4+ yrs / officer 2+ yrs.
• Experience in digital transformation and MPF/pension operations is a plus.
• Experience delivering digital projects end-to-end, high complexity, incl. testing & implementation.
• Vendor management on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Senior / Project Manager/ Project management officer

Ensuring establishment and embedding delivery plans for one or more workstream elements of the overall delivery programme for the eMPF Platform Company Limited;

Ensuring standard project management techniques and scope are covered, for example progress updates, plan management, dependency management, resource allocation and smoothing, risk management, assumption management, budget control, etc.;

Working across multiple internal and external workstreams relating to technology, process design, operational management, vendor management and commercial delivery as required by relevant work streams;

Ensuring timely and effective communication across programme work streams and internal / external stakeholders;

Driving, monitoring and reporting plan delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle;

Actively using risk management approaches to maximise project delivery; and

Managing an indirect delivery team often including third party suppliers.

Skills and Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Service/Technology, Engineering, Business or other related disciplines;

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certified;

Minimum 8 years (For senior PM) / 4 years (for Manager post) / 2 years (for Officer post) of relevant project management experience, preferably in a financial services and/or public sector environment, and on technology driven projects;

Experience in digital transformation, MPF / pension operations a plus;

Experience in managing the delivery of digital projects through the whole lifecycle including digital projects of high complexity, and in particular, testing and implementation project stages;

Exposure to / experience in managing a vendor to deliver a complex large-scale project or sub-projects;

Strong in internal and external stakeholder management;

Driven, positive, highly structured, proactive, and analytical;

Excellent organization and problem solving skills, and be able to work under pressure;

Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; and

Keen and willing to work in a start-up style environment with all the flexibility that requires and level of change involved.
