Jockey Club Early Detection and Intervention for Children and Youth in At-risk Families
Project Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• －Be responsible for the overall project planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all programmes.
• －Take lead in curating the design, development and implementation of programmes to support continuous project growth and innovation.
• －To liaise with funding body, strategic partners and other stakeholders in developing service delivery strategies and implementation.
• －Be responsible for supervising the team to ensure the quality of services provided complies with the required professional standard.
• －Be responsible for coordinating and networking with potential service users and other stakeholders.
• －Be responsible for overall strategies for promotion and publicity of the image of the Project.

Requirements:

• －Holder of a Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work recognized by the Hong Kong’s Social Worker Registration Board for registration.
• －At least 5 years of relevant working experience in children, youth or community services.
• －2 years working experience in supervisory post.
• －Direct experiences in working with funding organization is an advantage.
• －Good Command of both Chinese and English.
• －Proficient in using computer software such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
• －Mission-driven, self-motivated, dynamic, able to work under pressure.
• －Good interpersonal and networking skills; able to work, communicate and advocate with a board range of stakeholders.
• －Passionate about serving children, youth and families.
• －Employees should not have been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
