Job summary

The Hong Kong Council of Social Service invites applications for a Senior Trajectory Development Coordinator under the Jockey Club Early Detection and Intervention for Children and Youth in At-risk Families project. Senior Trajectory Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• To share responsibilities with supervisor in the overall planning, operation, development and evaluation of the Project.
• Assist the supervisor in supervising the team and provide professional supervision to staff members to ensure the quality of services provided complies with the required professional standard.
• Conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized development plans with children and youth, render services/training programmes to service uacrs, and to ensure the services provided meet the needs of service users, safety rules, service quality standards, output quality requirements, and the objectives of the Project.
• Coordinate and mobilize community resources to strengthen the family capacity of the service users.
• Be responsible for coordinating and networking with potential service users and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work recognized by the Hong Kong’s Social Worker Registration Board of registration.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in children, youth or community services.
• Relevant experience in staff supervision is an advantage.
• Good Command of both Chinese and English. Proficient in using computer software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Mission-driven, self-motivated, dynamic, able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and networking skills.
• Passionate about serving children, youth and families.
• Employees should not have been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
