Job summary

HKUST Entrepreneurship Center is seeking an Officer (Programmes & Operations) to support operations, entrepreneurship programmes, and strategic initiatives within the Center. You will contribute to smooth administration, handle procurement, HR-related tasks, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in operations or programme administration, with flexibility for occasional evening work and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in operations, programme administration, project coordination, or related fields.
• Experience in the tertiary education sector, startup ecosystem, or entrepreneurship initiatives is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all eProcurement matters including purchase requests, purchase orders, goods receipt, and payment.
• Support HR-related matters for the Center, including recruitment and onboarding processes and candidate reviews.
• Serve as departmental liaison both internally and externally.
• Assist in office resources planning and maintain efficient operations, records management, and filing.
• Provide administrative support for entrepreneurship funding schemes, startup programs, and training.
• Maintain program databases, records, and performance reports.
• Support marketing activities, events coordination, and logistics.
• Perform other projects and administrative duties as assigned.
