Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating services; coordinating programs for elderly and carers; supervising staff; and reporting outcomes, with shifts including weekends and evenings.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or above in Social Work or equivalent.
• Registered Social Worker.
• HKDSE/HKCEE Level 2+ in English and Chinese.
• Experience in Ethnic Minorities Service or family services preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; minority language advantage.
• Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays and evenings.

Aufgaben

• Overall manage a 2-year project on elderly of ethnic minorities in Tung Chung and Lantau Island.
• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the project operation and delivery.
• Render services, organize programs and groups for elderly of ethnic minorities and carers in the communities on physical, mental and social well-being promotion and management.
• Collaborate with a research team of institution on the project deliverables.
• Connect and liaise with local stakeholders and services organizations.
• Supervise team staff and lead the project delivery.
• Prepare service statistics and reports.
• Shift duties are required, including Saturdays, Sundays and evenings.
