Job summary

Crossings Executive Search seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Elderly Program in Hong Kong, overseeing the design, development and evaluation of interventions and the program portfolio to amplify impact.

You will engage stakeholders, manage governance and budget, guide a small team and drive grant development while ensuring timely reporting and public communications. Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years at mid-senior level.
• Knowledge in Elderly Care or public health sector is preferred.

Senior Manager, Elderly Program (Ref: SMEP/HL)

Our client is a well-known charity which provides various support to the local community. Due to their team expansion, they are looking for a Senior Manager to oversee charity program and stakeholder communication.

Job Description:

Oversee the design, development and implementation of the project intervention and evaluations.

Manage strategic portfolio by overseeing Elderly Care initiatives to amplify collective impacts. Consolidate learning insights for sharing with stakeholders regularly and develop new grants for potential programs.

Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.

Develop and implement project governance and controls to ensure effective execution, including managing the advisory committee, supporting partners, and various taskforce groups

Support other activities including background research on social issues, and drafting articles for publicity events as required by the organisation.

Monitor the progress of anticipated output and outcome, budget spending, handle budget virements and manage project evaluation and impact assessment.

Plan and oversee professional development of supporting team member.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder with 8 years of relevant experience, with 3 years at mid-senior level. Preferably with knowledge in Elderly Care or public health sector.

Solid experience of project management and organisational capability with strong problem solving and people management skills

Result-oriented with demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams and multiple stakeholders' expectation

Event organisation and management experience will be a plus

A proactive and detail-minded team-player with excellent interpersonal skills

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Managers.
