Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking an CES - Officer (Social & Elderly Wellness) to arrange activities for elderly tenants, conduct health assessments, and coordinate services. You will liaise with volunteers and partners, maintain service records and support programme reporting.

The role requires a degree or diploma in social work or related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in social work, social sciences or health sciences with relevant elderly services experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Windows applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Attend the elderly lounge and arrange activities for tenants to promote home, health and social care.
• Conduct regular home visits or calls to deliver health assessments and connect services.
• Coordinate with collaborators and organise onsite contingency plans for activities.
• Liaise with volunteers, monitor records and support annual awards.
• Provide admin support including procurement, payments, data entry, reporting and documentation.
