Job summary

St. James' Settlement in Wan Chai is seeking a Degree holder to lead the young old center, manage services and write funding proposals. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will formulate, implement and evaluate groups and programmes for the young and the elderly, and support team members to deliver innovative and quality services at the Wan Chai site.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and dynamic with strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with teammates, users and stakeholders.
• Experience in experiential learning programmes and/or financial education services is an advantage.
