Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an Executive, Program for our Ang Mo Kio headquarters. The role coordinates customer needs with all internal groups, manages RFQ submissions, BOM setups in SAP, ECOs/ECNs, and drives New Product Introduction programs to deliver on time and with quality.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably with 2-3 years relevant experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in SAP database management is preferred.
• Familiar with BOM structure and project planning is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Dynamic team player with initiative and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customer and all functional groups to meet customer needs.
• Own and manage RFQ submission and BOM setup in SAP.
• Raise ECO and manage ECN with customer input.
• Lead NPI project management to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Oversee phase in/phase out and qualification builds.
• Ensure timely handling of obsolete/inactive materials post-NPI with customers.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives with customers and internal teams.
• Stay informed on customer needs, tech trends and roadmaps.
• Support EHS policies and participate in programs.
