Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an Executive, Program for our Ang Mo Kio headquarters. The role coordinates customer needs with all internal groups, manages RFQ submissions, BOM setups in SAP, ECOs/ECNs, and drives New Product Introduction programs to deliver on time and with quality.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in electronics manufacturing, SAP/BOM experience, and strong Excel and communication skills. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably with 2-3 years relevant experience in electronics manufacturing.

• Experience in SAP database management is preferred.
• Familiar with BOM structure and project planning is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Dynamic team player with initiative and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customer and all functional groups to meet customer needs.

• Raise ECO and manage ECN with customer input.
• Lead NPI project management to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Oversee phase in/phase out and qualification builds.
• Ensure timely handling of obsolete/inactive materials post-NPI with customers.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives with customers and internal teams.
• Stay informed on customer needs, tech trends and roadmaps.
• Support EHS policies and participate in programs.

We’re looking to add a Executive, Program in Singapore. The position will be based in our Headquarters in Ang Mo Kio.

As a Executive, Program, you will:

Acts as the primary liaison between the customer and all functional groups in the company to ensure that the customer needs are met. Be responsible for the key project deliverables, namely cost, quality and time to market.

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Communicate customer's needs effectively to all functional groups
• Responsible and ownership for Request for Quotation (RFQ) submission
• Bill of Materials (BOM) setup in SAP system
• Responsible to raise internal Engineering Change Order (ECO) & manage that once receive official Engineering Change Notice (ECN) from customer
• Project Management of New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure it is timely, accurate and with good quality
• Manage phase in phase out, control/qualification build activities
• Active Management of NPI materials to make sure obsoleted or inactive materials after NPI builts are resolved with customer timely
• Quarterly or/and yearly cost saving exercise with customeror/and internally;
• Keep abreast of customers, technology and business roadmap
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs
• Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably with 2 - 3 years relevant experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, preferably in contract manufacturing business
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in SAP database management is preferred
• Familiar with BOM structure and project planning is preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Dynamic team player who is willing to take up new challenges, self-motivated and result-oriented
